Accessibility statement

Our commitment

This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA so that candidates and employers can take and review the assessment regardless of ability or the assistive technology they use.

Features supported

  • Keyboard navigation: every interactive element can be reached and operated with the keyboard.
  • A "Skip to content" link at the top of each page to bypass repeated navigation.
  • Visible focus indicators on buttons, links and form fields.
  • Form fields with associated labels and inline error messages announced to screen readers.
  • Semantic headings, landmarks and list markup to support screen-reader navigation.
  • Color contrast that meets WCAG 2.1 AA for text and user-interface components.
  • The part-two questionnaire is fully keyboard operable, with a visible progress indicator and back/forward navigation.

Known limitations

The first part of the assessment is timed: a 12-minute countdown begins when the test starts and does not pause. This is an intentional part of the test and cannot be extended from the interface. If a timed test is a barrier for you, contact the site operator before beginning so an accommodation can be arranged.

The second part is untimed and self-paced. It is only offered to candidates who meet the employer-set passing score on the first part.

Contact

If you have trouble using this site, contact the site operator to request an accommodation or report a barrier. We review reports and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
