Pricing questions
- What counts as a candidate?
- One person taking the 12-minute aptitude test. The behavioural questionnaire that follows is included, so a candidate is only ever counted once.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. Sign up and your free 30-day trial starts straight away, with up to 25 candidates included.
- What happens if I go over my monthly candidates?
- Nothing stops working. Extra candidates are simply billed at your plan's rate, and your dashboard shows where you stand for the month.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes, any time. Email support@cocodesign.com and we will move you up or down from the next billing month.
- Do unused candidates roll over?
- Monthly allowances reset each month. The pay-as-you-go pack is different: those 25 candidates stay valid for 12 months.
