All assessment questions, answer options, and explanatory text used by this site are original works created for this project. They are owned by the site operator and are not copied, adapted, or derived from any published cognitive-test product.

This assessment is an independent, original test. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or derived from any commercial cognitive-test publisher. Any resemblance to items from other tests is coincidental.

Part two questionnaire

The 28 word groups used in the part-two questionnaire are original items written for this project. They form an independent forced-choice questionnaire based on the general four-factor (D/I/S/C) work-style model, and they are not derived from any published assessment instrument.

Candidate usage terms

Candidates may take the assessment once per access code. You must complete the assessment without help from another person and without using any phones, calculators, AI tools, search engines, notes, or other devices or assistance. You may not copy, photograph, screenshot, record, redistribute, or share the questions, word groups, or answer options with anyone. Completed attempts and their scores are shared only with the employer that issued your access code.

Question bank policy

Any question added to this site's question bank must be original work or properly licensed for this use. Questions copied or transcribed from any published test, copyrighted workbook, or proprietary assessment product must not be added.

Open-source & font attribution

Typography is set in Instrument Serif, Work Sans, and IBM Plex Mono — each released under the SIL Open Font License, which permits free commercial use. The application is built with open-source software, including TanStack Start, React, Tailwind CSS, and related libraries distributed under their respective MIT or Apache licenses.
